How big is your current system?
Size is the single biggest driver of price, so this answer matters more than any other.
You can find the size on the label on your outdoor unit, or on a past invoice. Picking "Not sure" is fine — we will show you the 3 ton example, say so plainly on the result, and confirm the right size at the free evaluation.
Which comfort level fits you?
Three levels, all inverter systems that adjust their output instead of simply switching on and off. Every level includes the heat kit and a Honeywell ElitePro S1100 thermostat.

You were not sure of the size, so this estimate uses a 3 ton system as the example. The free in-home evaluation confirms the right size for your home.

- Work a standard replacement does not cover, such as ductwork changes or added registers and runs
- Rebates, such as Chelan PUD — real savings for many homes, and we check your eligibility at the evaluation rather than guessing here
Anything extra is always quoted in writing before any work begins. No surprises.
For an air-conditioning estimate, the price is for a complete replacement system: a new outdoor unit, a matched new air handler, and a heat kit. The air handler provides the heat, and the old air handler is replaced.
